Free-grazing sheep of Sardinian breed produce milk that is very rich in healthy Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats. Researchers point out particularly of the unusually high percentage of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), an Omega 6 fat that has very beneficial proprieties in human health, particularly anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer. To easily understand, there can be more than 72% CLA in Sardinian sheep milk compared to that of free grazing cow's milk. In addition, sheep milk contains twice as many minerals and important B vitamins

"As a little kid growing in Italy, I never fully understood how blessed I was to be surrounded by amazing food.
